Non-conductive Tool Module

This specialty Tool Module provides an essential set of tools for working in environments where it is paramount not to conduct electrical current.

Insulated Screwdriver Set – This 11-piece screwdriver set has a color coded handle with tip ID for easy selection and comfortable vinyl grip for maximum comfort. The bits have a cold-formed black oxide tip for precise fit, and a Chrome-plated bar for corrosion resistance. The insulated screwdriver set has 4 flat tip and 4 Phillips screwdrivers in the following sizes: PH0, PH1, PH2, S1, S2, 3mm (1/8”), 6mm (¼”) and 5mm (3/16”).

The soft grip 8” Strap Wrench provides a flexible non-conductive wrench for loosening pipe joints, large nuts and hand-sized (110mm approx.) fabrications.

The lightweight Ceramic Pocket Knife features a 2.75” blade. The knife has a removable pocket clip and there is a filler block in the handle to prevent objects from hitting the ceramic knife edge when folded. The knife features a mirror finished and razor sharp black (carbonized zirconium di-oxide) ceramic blade.

The Ceramic Scissors are mounted on a 304 stainless pivot with an overall length of 125mm (5”) fitted with a pair of ceramic blade inserts. The finger holes are large enough to accommodate a man’s hand. 304 stainless steel for the pivot and tightening screw for a very low magnetic signature.

Plastic Hammer – Compo-Cast Dead Blow Hammer, non-sparking, 18oz head, 11¼” overall length, soft face, 1¾” face diameter, moulded steel head, 3¾” head length, reinforced steel handle.

The Plastic Hand Trowel is ideal for light excavation, it is sturdy and features a comfortable handle complete with a hanging loop. It can be cleaned underwater without risk of corrosion.

This 120” Cloth Ruler is made of fiberglass with vinyl-coating, it is durable and flexible. It can be wrapped around curved objects. The Ruler has metal end caps to prevent fraying and has easy to read black graduations (inches to 8ths on the front and inches to 8ths and cm to mm on the back).

The Plastic Probe 6” is a hardened plastic probe sharpened at one end and can be used to pierce holes into objects for the insertion of optical search equipment.

This pouch is made from rugged, abrasion-resistant fabric, and features mesh pockets on the interior lid, and elastic loops on interior rear, which is lined with Velcro Loop for attachment of smaller pouches. The pouch has a double slider zipper closure. The rear of the pouch features MOLLE straps with snaps for attachment to a carrier.
