The SRS 5 Suit is a highly advanced protective system that integrates with the SRS 5 Helmet to form a complete mine clearance ensemble. It is highly protective against blast-type anti-personnel mines and is ideal for reconnaissance, detection, surveying and prodding operations.
This ensemble has been very aggressively tested against small and large overpressure test series. This enables it to offer protection against the widest range of blast-type anti-personnel (AP) mines.

Med-Eng is pleased to offer 1st level (field/user repairable) Spare Parts for the SRS5 Suit and Helmet Ensemble.
Stocking Spare Parts brings several benefits to an operational unit:
- When components are worn out, lost or damaged they can be replaced or repaired in the field reducing ‘down time’ and keeping a unit operational.
- It also reduces the need to return components to Med-Eng which in turn eliminates shipping and administrative costs.
