The GS1 General Service 1 Hook and Line Kit features new or redesigned components designed by technicians for technicians. The GS1 is essentially a subset of the larger GS2 Kit.

The GS1 features a variety of innovative ropes (slings) and pulleys, bars and rods, hooks, clamps and pivot points. New hooks have been designed to allow clinical application with the minimum risk to the operator. The self-opening pulleys have a new locking mechanism that optimizes their opening for exacting use. The GS1 also integrates with the Clamp Kit for building and vehicle clearance operations.
