The Chemical Protective Undergarment, commonly referred to as the CPU, provides a level of protection against a range of potentially hazardous Chemical and Biological agents.

It is recommended that the CPU be worn, as stipulated by a response unit's own operating procedures, with the EOD 9 and SRS 5 protective ensembles; it may be used in conventional hazardous material clean-up operations as an undergarment.

The CPU is listed under United States export controls. Please contact your authorized Med-Eng representative for details.

WARNING: Should be worn in conjunction with a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA). Does not provide splash protection.
