Effective January 1, 2004, Med-Eng Systems (MES) implemented a privacy compliance program in accordance with Canada’s Federal Statute, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.

Collection and Use of Data
Med-Eng may ask you for information that personally identifies you, such as your name, phone number, e-mail address, and mailing address. This information is collected only as part of a registration process, or when requesting additional information on our products. This information allows us to process and fulfill your request.

Disclosure of Data
By completing the registration process on med-eng.com, you agree that we may provide your information to our affiliates, resellers and business partners so that they may contact you for promotional purposes relating to Med-Eng products. As well, we may provide your information to third party service providers, such as fulfillment centers, mailing houses, event providers and customer support organizations. We will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
