TITLE:
Production Supervisor
DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor will oversee the work activities of the Ottawa Production group, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and product cost goals are achieved. The incumbent will set objectives for staff and provide leadership, guidance and performance feedback.
Qualifications:
- College Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and work experience;
- WHMIS, ESD, and Health & Safety training;
- A minimum of two (2) years Supervisory/Lead Hand experience in a LEAN, ISO certified manufacturing environment;
- Previous experience in the creation and communication of Manufacturing Performance Reports;
- Experience establishing goals for staff, communication and providing performance feedback.
